UK STANDARD DELIVERY (Royal Mail 48)  
We aim to package and dispatch your products on the day we receive your order Monday to Friday and send by Royal Mail 48 A tracked service that aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. As soon as your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order. You will then be automatically sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can track your package along its journey. 

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY (Royal Mail 24) 
We aim to package and dispatch your products on the day we receive your order Monday to Friday and send by Royal Mail 24 A tracked service that aims to deliver in 1 to 2 working days. As soon as your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order. You will then be automatically sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can track your package along its journey.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (Weekday Only)
We aim to delivery orders placed on a weekday with this service by the next working day. Important Please Read: Next working day is only available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be treated as placed the following working day. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are treated as placed on Monday.

PLEASE NOTE: We do aim to package and dispatch your products on the day we receive your order and will work hard to do so but delivery on orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday may be sent out following morning if we are busy as we need to pick pack and dispatch before 4.50pm pick up. All orders received over the weekend are packaged and dispatched on a Monday morning. Please know, we will always do our utmost to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

Poppets Delivery Promise: To deliver your package to you nicley wrapped, well packaged in as quick a time as possible so you can enjoy it!

To do this we use Royal Mail as our main shipping supplier with a tracked delivery system (Plus occasional large or very heavy items with Courrier). We aim to pack and dispatch your order on the day of order where possible and we make sure all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery Info: 
Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 2 days of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival. Orders must be received before 2pm to qualify for next working day or Saturday delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Overseas Delivery: 
We dont currently offer overseas delivery direct However - If there is something specific we may be able to help if you call the shop on 0044 1273 770449.   

Returns:
We are sure you will be really happy with your order, but if for any reason you want to return an item, you may return the goods to us within 7 days of purchase. The item or items must be unused in their original packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund. We cannot refund postage on returned goods unless they are faulty at the time of purchase. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery to us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging:
Where possible items as are externally packed to protect them in boxes that have already been used to deliver stock to us. For delicate items like soft toys and unboxed toys we wrap in new tissue paper and bag them before placing them in a box. By reusing the recycled packaging we keep your items from being damaged in transit save on waste and help the planet.

Claims: 
Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. We also ask customers to ensure that they make their claim within a reasonable length of time.
