Terms And Conditions

Poppets aim to offer you complete satisfaction with your order and the service we provide. When you place an order online with Poppets you do so in the confidence that the terms and conditions outlined apply and by placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. That acceptance will only take place (and, consequently, a binding contract be formed) once we notify you that the goods have been shipped. This is in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under- priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. You can cancel your order at any point up to time of dispatch.

Refunds/Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the unused item to us in its original condition within 7 days after receipt of goods for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you get proof of postage and have the cost of the goods covered by insurance in case the items go missing in transit. Where a product is found to be faulty we will refund the return shipping cost paid.

Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to publish and advertise the correct prices for our products. Occasionally we make mistakes and reserve the right to correct pricing information without notice or to cancel orders where the incorrect price has been applied. We will always inform you if your order has been cancelled for this reason. It also may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are found in our “Delivery” section. Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.

Product Details

The products photographic image on the website are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By placing your order with us you confirm that you are aware of this and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product.

Delivery

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. We allways aim to deliver within 7 working days. For full delivery charge information visit our Delivery and Charges page. Please note that we reserve the right to amend postage costs if it transpires that the calculated postage is insufficient. In this case, we will not conitnue with the transaction until you have approved the amended postage. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Order Payment

Payment can be made using options shown at the checkout. If you opt to pay online by credit or debit card you will be passed to the SagePay secure payment gateway, use of which is subject to the terms and conditions of SagePay. We do not hold any responsibility for the availability of the SagePay gateway nor calculations displayed on its site. We only accept the order total as displayed on our purchase confirmation page. Please ensure that the SagePay amount is exactly the same value as the order before confirming your payment: otherwise we will be unable to process your order.
